Goji bessen

 Goji berries are a part of the “Superfood” family; they possess a high content of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals among other vitamins such a vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and vitamin C. They also contain high amounts of various amino acids as well as iron, nickel, chromium, sodium and calcium.

Low-calorie, fat-free, a good source of fiber and a high-antioxidant food; Goji berry has a plethora of benefits including the ability to help fight disease, aid in weight loss, and help with digestion. They are usually eaten raw, dried, or in liquid/ powder form. Goji berries are known for their versatility, and contain a wide range of naturally-occurring phytonutrients, vitamins, and trace minerals, thus cementing their place in the “superfood” hall of fame.
